Vintage Orrefors Clear & Frosted Reindeer & Skier Vase.
A beautifully engraved mid 20th Century Orrefors glass vase. The oval mouth, thick stemmed, vase is engraved with a continuous scene depicting Skiers and Reindeer designed by Sven Palmquist. One side has a skier herding three reindeer up a hillside; the other has two downhill skiers. The scenes can be viewed from both sides with the bottom being engraved 'Orrefors, P.3407/111 D 8. BE'. The Scandinavian glass vase is in excellent condition with no chips or scratches.
