Vintage Shell Lubricant Oil Can

Shell Automobilia Quart Oil Measure.
A great Shell Lubricants quart oil jug. The oil pourer would have been used on a garage forecourt or in the service bay. The Shell oil jug still has the original yellow paint and transfers on both sides, the paint rubbed and consistent with age. The metal is in good condition with no dents on the spout or handle and is in good perfect shape. It is embossed 'QUART', '600, 73 with a Crown'. The handle is also embossed but difficult to read but it looks something like 'PARAMOUNT BA?ILOCK'.
The oil can is in good usable condition but would also make a good display piece.
A quart is a unit of capacity in the British Imperial and U.S. Customary systems of measurement. For both liquid and dry measure, the British system uses one standard quart, which is equal to two imperial pints, or one-fourth imperial gallon.
