A pre-owned 1980 US Masters Golf Tournament spectators badge. The eventual winner of the 44th Masters Tournament being Seve Ballesteros (age 23) with 13 under par. He became the first winner of the Masters from Europe, and his second major championship title. He finished four strokes ahead of runners-up Jack Newton and Gibby Gilbert and later won a second green jacket three years later.
The green/yellow plastic badge has an embossed on the front 'Augusta National Golf Club' motif to the centre, with 'Series 1980 & April 10-11-12-13', issue no. '14382' and priced '$48', the rear 'This badge is good for the four days of tournament play. It is not good for the Practice Rounds. Seller reserves right at any time to take up this badge and cancel all privileges connected therewith upon payment to holder of prorated purchase price of badge.
