Pair of John Hassall Golfing Prints.
A very nice pair of golfing chromolithographs after J. Hassall entitled 'Lost Ball' & 'A Lie'. The colourful golf prints are in the original shaped wooden frames. 'Lost Ball' depicts a golfer looking for his ball in amongst a load of pebbles, being watched by his caddie whilst 'A LIE' depicts the same golfer looking thoughtful, deciding how to play his next shot from a bad lie. He is being watched again by his young caddie. The frames with titles to the rear with a paper trade label 'T. Bromley & Son, Bolton, Fine Art Gallery, Bradshawgate & Fold Street.
