Vintage Wicker Fishing Basket.
A good example of a rectangular wicker fishing tackle basket. The basket is made in the traditional design but with a hinged lid with double catch. There are two carry handles and holes that would have taken a leather strap.
This is an important piece of equipment for the angler for all of their bait boxes and reels.
