A typical period socket head persimmon wood driver, brassie by Herbert Lewis Curtis, Bournemouth. This great looking club has a polished club head, lead weight to the rear and the traditional horn slip along the leading edge of the sole with a full brass sole plate. The head is stamped 'H.L. Curtis'. The hickory shaft fitted with a polished grip.
The measurements shown are the length of the whole club, the width of the face and depth of the head.
A great golf club Brassie in good usable condition for modern hickory play. Approximate 16° loft & swing weight A4.
