Vintage Golfing Travel Poster, 'Come to Britain for Golf' by Roland Hilder.
A striking framed and mounted golfing poster by Rowland Hilder entitled 'Come to Britain for Golf'. The Travel Association of Great Britain and Northern Ireland published the lithograph to promote Britain as a holiday destination and it was printed in Great Britain by W.S.Cowell Ltd. London & Ipswich in 1952. The emblem of the 'Travel Association of the U.K, of Gt. Britain & N. Ireland' is in the bottom left hand corner. The poster is a beautiful and colourful illustration of four gentlemen playing golf on an autumn day. It is in good condition but with some folding creases.
