The 'Klik' Bridge Marker.
An unusual bridge marker manufactured by Thos De La Rue & Co. Ltd. London, made of ebonized wood with brass score markers. The front of the scorer displays scores for 'Honours' (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500) and 'Tricks' (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, 30 & GAME) in gold lettering. The scores are sprung loaded and are released by pressing the little brass button next to the corresponding score, the flags (scores) are easily pressed back in. To the rear is a paper label (slightly scratched) 'By Royal Letters Patent, The "Klik" Bridge Marker, Manufactured By Thos De La Rue & Co. Ltd. London. Bridge Scores, when there are no TRUMPS:- Each Trick above Six counts ...12. HONOURS Three Aces count ...30, Four Aces count ...40, Four Aces in One Hand count 100. It then goes on to list the points for when there are Trumps.
