Vintage Oak Artist's Easel.
A large adjustable artist's studio easel raised up on a trestle base terminating in four casters. The easel is made of solid oak and with a makers label 'Shirer & Haddon, House Furnishers, Cheltenham'. It will take a picture or painting with a maximum height of 1m 47cm and the height of a picture can be easily adjusted, raising the bottom edge of a picture from 20cm at its lowest point to its full height of 79cm. The size shown is when the easel is in the lowest position, when fully raised the total height of the easel is 2m 36cm. A wonderful piece of artists equipment, ideal for displaying a painting or drawing from.
