A good quality billiard / snooker cue tipper, made from beech wood with brass fittings and steel file attached on a chain. The dual purpose tipper is first used to file flat the tip of the wooden cue ready for the new tip. It is then used as a clamp to hold the tip in position as the glue dries.
This is a attractive and very usable accessory and it is much nicer than its modern plastic equivalent.
