Vintage St Catharine's College Rowing Blazer.
A nice genuine 1940's College blazer with the original tailors label 'Walters of Oxford' with the original owners name written in pen, G Kaye. The deep blue wool blazer is with the original brass buttons, red & yellow trimming on the cuffs and lapels, the pocket is embroidered with the St. Catherine's College Boat Club crest. There is also a matching cap, hat block sold separately.
This is part of a collection of rowing items from St Catharine's College, Oxford in the 1940's / 50's and are all relating to a C. Graham Kaye who was a Cox there.
There is an image of some of the other items available from his collection. They include a couple of commemorative rudders and another (more modern) rowing blazer. Not photographed but also available are a selection of rowing photographs and Oxford Union menus, rowing magazines, pamphlets, rowing programmes, event lists etc.
