Hardy Bros. 'Victor' Palakona Fly Fishing Rod.
A 2-piece 8' 2" split cane fly fishing rod by Hardy of Alnwick, Victor. It is in repaired condition with suction joints, cork handle with universal reel holder, fullopen bridge rings and screw in rubber butt. Stamped with the registration number No A 16830, dating it to 1906. The fly fishing rod with the black inscription spiralling around the shaft, 'Victor' Palakona, No. 246936'.
Measurements of the two pieces, handle 1m 35cm - 2nd piece 1m 18cm.
