Vintage leather Medicine Ball.
A good quality suede leather medicine ball (pumpkin shaped). The is made from twelve leather segments sewn around two leather discs (one at each end). One of the segments has a faint name on it "SOMMS". These types of balls have been widely used for conditioning and strengthening the upper body of athletes and boxers for many years.
