Victorian Presentation Archery Score Card Holder.
A silver-plated score card case of rectangular form, with a scalloped top edge and central dip, the reverse fitted with two belt loops. The front is ornately engraved in a style characteristic of early to mid 19th century presentation pieces. At the centre, within an elaborate scrollwork cartouche, is the inscription: "1st PRIZE, St George's Day, 1842".

Above the inscription is an arrangement of archery themed equipment - including a quiver of arrows, a bow, a horn, arrows, and a flag - finely engraved in rich detail. Below the cartouche appears another decorative motif: a quiver brimming with arrows, flanked by crossed arrows and a bow. The borders are embellished with symmetrical foliate scrolls, lending the piece a richly decorative and celebratory character. A small fragment of an original score card accompanies the holder.
