A very nice decorative pair of motoring lithographs, two images on each print, both framed in new frames. The amusing automotive prints are titled 'The Poetry of Motoring', Plate 1 and Plate 2. Underneath each image is a quote taken from either Timon of Athens, Macbeth or Henry VI. Copyright 1903, by Landeker & Brown, London, England.
The quotes are:
Plate 1.
1. "Put armour on thine ears and on thine eyes." Timon of Athens.
2. "We have lost best half of our affair." Macbeth.
Plate 2.
1. "Where's the fool now" Timon of Athens.
2. " But I will remedy these gear ere long' Henry VI.
