Tom Stewart Hickory Shafted Golf Club.
A well used Mashie golf club by Tom Stewart of St Andrews. The club with hickory shaft and suede leather grip. The face with line face markings and the shaft with whipping near the hosel, head pitted but Stewart's 'Pipe' cleek mark is visible on the rear. Other markings are the phrase 'T.S. St.A. REG.TRADEMARK' under the pipe, Special, Mashie, G.H. and a retailers name.

Stewart's 'pipe' mark on its own was in use from 1893 to 1905, it was from 1905 and onwards that the phrase 'T.S. St.A. REG.TRADEMARK' was added.

The measurements shown are the length of the shaft with hosel and the width and depth of the face.
