Vintage Snaffles Hunting Print, The Sparrow - Catchin Sort.
A hand coloured Snaffles photolithograph entitled 'The Sparrow - Catchin Sort' with secondary caption "A Head Like A Lady - A Farewell Like A Cook". The main image depicts a gentleman in hunting pinks wearing a top hat sat on his horse galloping by. In the bottom margin is a remarque depicting the same rider jumping and disappearing through a hedge. The print is with a Snaffles signature in pencil and the Snaffles blindstamp in the form of a bridle bit. This was part of a set of five images published under the title 'Osses and Obstacles' in 1932.
