Set of Six Framed Cecil Aldin Fallowfield Hunt Prints.
This is one of Cecil Aldin's most famous hunting series 'The Fallowfield Hunt' which tells the story of a days hunting. It is a sequence of six pictures, The Hunt Breakfast at the Three Pigeons, Breaking Cover, A Check, Full Cry, The Death and finally The Hunt Supper. These original lithograph prints are in original frames with ivorine title labels. As with a lot of Aldin's pictures there are touches of humour and this is a great set of Fox Hunting pictures with great colouring, published by Lawrence & Bullen Ltd, London.
