A good fishing book titled \'Angling sketches\' by Andrew Lang. Covered in original dark green cloth with gilt title on the spine and a vignette on the cover depicting an angler with a hooked fish on his line.
Contains 3 etchings and numerous illustrations by W.G.Burn-Murdoch, and chapters: The Confessions of a Duffer, A Border Boyhood, Loch Awe, Loch - Fishing, Loch - Leven, The Bloody Doctor, The Lady or the Salmon?, A Tweedside Sketch and The Double Alibi.
