John Ball Golf Figure, limited edition of only 85. This magnificent bronze stands 45 cm high and is a very recognisable study of John Ball, The statue is cast by one of Europe\'s leading foundries, the Morris Singer Foundry. The bronze is taken from an original figure, signed and dated 1898 by Alex Macleay, who exhibited at the Walker Gallery in Liverpool during the first quarter of this century. They say if major championships are the yardstick, no British player of any generation matches John Ball. He was 26 when he took his first title in 1888, and was in his 51st year when the eighth came his way in 1912.
